The episode is scheduled to air in Japan on February 28th, 2021 at 5:30 PM JST and will get released in other time zones in the following order:
In the United States, Boruto Episode 188 will get released on Sunday, February 28th 2021 at 12:30 AM PST (USA/Canada). In Europe, the same will be available by 9:30 AM CET on Feb 28th, 2021.
English subbed episodes of Boruto are available around 2-3 hrs after the episode airs officially in Japan.

Boruto Episode 187 Summary:
The awakening of the Karma seal by Boruto has surprised all the fans! The last episode of Boruto showed us him and Team 7 going up against Kashin Koji. Koji is an insider of Kara and was very disappointed in Ao’s failure. He summons a giant toad in order to kill Boruto by the rubble but Ao saves him.
As everyone struggles in their plight, Konohamaru is greatly setback when Koji counters him with a rasengan created without the use of Scientific Ninja Tools! All hope of victory seems to have been lost—until Boruto activates his Karma seal and saves Konohamaru.
The faceoff ends without a decisive winner. On their way home, the Konoha shinobis encounter a passed-out boy. Boruto rushes in to help and sees the same karma seal on the boy. Is this the vessel Kara has been looking for?
