In the latest Black Clover chapter, Asta was able to sense Liebe’s ki and thus, his emotions. Asta agrees to fight Liebe head-on and they engage violently. Despite having no magic, Asta is not at a disadvantage – Liebe’s anti-magic is useless against Asta. Asta’s physical superiority lets him perform strongly.
However, Asta showed surprisingly skill in swordsmanship. Grabbing Captain Yami’s sword, he parried Liebe’s attack – Asta’s continuous exposure to Magic Knights has increased his physical capabilities significantly.
Asta moves like someone who has faced his fair share of extremely powerful opponents. Asta manages to get the upper hand!

Fortunately, there is no break this week for Black Clover manga like the upcoming My Hero Academia 289. What it means that we will be getting a chapter this Sunday just like usual.
Black Clover 270 raw scans will be released first and only when the raw scans get leaked and translated do we get the spoilers. We expect the raw to be leaked around 28th November 2020 and will be available online for everyone to read.
The spoilers always get released two or three days before the official chapter. According to official sources, Chapter 270 will be officially released on 1st November 2020 and will be available to read on the Viz website.

Asta finally emerges the winner and this puts chains around Liebe’s neck.
Maybe Nacht is the one who puts the chain. He then tells Asta that the devil will obey all his orders now and if he doesn’t, Asta just needs to remind him.
But Asta doesn’t want Liebe to obey him, he wants to be friends with the devil and stand as equals. Liebe realizes that Asta is Litita’s kid.
Then Asta and Liebe make a contract and become one. Asta’s arm comes back as well and it’s pitch black.
Now comes the next part of the training. Asta must defeat Nacht and his devils and only then the training will end. Nacht has four devils and now transforms into his devil form and this is where the chapter ends.

However, we saw Liebe state that Asta is not strong enough to beat a high ranking Devil. And that is the next step. Asta has to be strong enough to beat these high-class devils – like Lucifero, and that is where Liebe comes in.
With a portion of Liebe’s power, Asta managed to give a very hard time to Dante. Now, he has to utilize 100% of his devil power – that is how he will be strong enough to beat every opponent.
Black Clover chapter 270 might give us flashback scenes where Asta realizes who he is and how important Liebe is to him. An understanding of the past events will solidify Asta’s bond with his devil, and that would lead to better power levels. Will we get to see Asta’s father? Time will tell.
