Cool Doji Danshi: Plot, Manga

“Play It Cool, Guys” is an anime adaptation of the manga written by Kokone Nata. As of now, the manga has 5 published volumes in Japanese and 4 volumes in English. It has a novel adaptation, written by Shino Kaida.

The manga placed 7th in the Web Manga General Election of Pixiv and Nippon Shuppan Hanbai. It also placed 16th in the “Next Manga Awards- 2019”

Pierrot Studios, who made anime such as Naruto, Tokyo Ghoul, and Bleach,  has animated this series. It closely followed the art from the manga. This has satisfied the manga readers.

Cool Doji Danshi is about Hayate Ichikura, Shun Futami, Takayuki Mima, and Souma Shiki, who have distinct personalities. What is common between them is their clumsiness. The story shows the funny incidents that occur as they go through their daily life and the friendship among them.
