- In the chapter, the fight between Luffy and Lucci continues. And as expected, Lucci still can’t stand up to Luffy.
- Luffy hits Lucci with Gomu Gomu no Dawn Rocket, which literally knocks the air out of him.
- Meanwhile, Vegapunk continues his explanation. He says that devil fruit replication has different levels of difficulty.
- Zoans are easy since they are just animals. However, Mythical Zoans are very hard and have very specific conditions to be met.

One Piece Chapter 1070 Spoilers Preliminary Thoughts
A great chapter is in front of us. Action sounds great, information sounds great, and a juicy cliffhanger. What more can we ask for?
Luffy versus Lucci has the former kicking the latter’s butt and we are so happy about that. Yes, at this point, Luffy should be far, far above someone like Lucci. Kizaru will be an appropriate challenge given how Luffy was not concerned about Ryokugyu’s haki.
However, Lucci has the Seraphims. We are pretty sure that the spoilers are excluding some detail about them. The chapter name is literally about Seraphims. So they might prove to be a challenge in some fights. That is why Sentoumaru’s recovery is imperative right now.
Next, the artificial devil fruits will be a big thing in the next war. Marines are probably mass-producing zoans and paramecias. And they are also gathering super powerful one shot weapons like the one Imu used. We are curious to see how Vegapunk plans to counter this.
Lastly, Kizaru is coming. He is incredibly strong and Luffy will definitely have trouble against him if they clash. However, will there be a boss fight so soon?
Kaido’s battle ended just a little while ago and currently, Luffy can’t be underplayed. He is no more the underdog in the fights. So we are excited to see how this fight is handled.
