We are lucky this week! The detailed spoilers of One Piece Chapter 1004 have been released and we are here to tell you all about them. This chapter takes us back to the other battlefronts and answers a bunch of our questions.
Without a doubt, it is going to be another banger of a chapter.
A surprising twist has come along – although we all saw this coming at one point of time, all the confusion made us forget about it.
The chapter title is very appropriate and maybe this is how 5 units can battle 27 units.
Mysterious allies are showing up! The Samurai have never been alone. Strong individuals keep showing up and the Onigashima battle keeps getting better.

One Piece Chapter 1004 Spoilers:
This week we are lucky for sure. The detailed One Piece 1004 manga spoilers are finally here.
Chapter 1004 is titled ‘Kibi Dango’. In the cover, Chopper is eating rumble balls with a squirrel and a monkey.
Tama’s Actions:
In a flashback, we see Tama wanting to go to Onigashima. She wants to see Momonosuke as the Shogun of Wano; she wants all the hunger to end. And hence, she turns to Speed, the Headliner.
Along with Daifugou and Gazelleman, they all travel to Onigashima on Speed’s ship. On the way, Tama made a lot of Kibi Dangos.
In the present, the aforementioned gifters are running around, offering Dango to other Gifters – they pass it off as medicine from Queen. Apparently, it is meant for their recovery.
Franky’s Situation:
Franky is still fighting Sasaki using his Shogun Franky Mode. They’re pretty evenly matched, strength wise. Franky’s Weapons Left doesn’t work but he manages to throw away a charging Sasaki.
However, seeing this, the Armored Troops grab on to Franky’s limbs. With Shogun Franky immobilized, Sasaki charges in once more.
At this point, Nami, Usopp, Tama and Komachiyo intervene. Behind them, is an army of Gifters loyal to Tama. This causes a distraction, letting Franky escape. Sasaki ends up crashing into his own troops.
The Strawhats:
In reality, Nami and Usopp are still fleeing from Page One and Ulti, who in turn, are surprised at the betrayal of the Gifters. Sasaki is confused too. When Ulti pounces at Komachiyo, Nami hits her with lightning. It knocks her down, but it isn’t enough. Nami needs much more lightning to cause real damage to Ulti.
Usopp uses this moment to shoot Kibi Dango into Gifters’ mouths, thus turning Sasaki’s armored troops into their allies. Sasaki gets further confused at this. Franky immediately uses his new attack. He takes out a light emitting sword called Franky V Slash. This attack does proper damage to Sasaki.
Meanwhile, Sanji is still struggling against Black Maria. He has easily defeated all the male subordinates under Black Maria. So the Tobi Roppo uses her webs to capture Sanji. She wants him to shout for Robin.
Maria wants to capture Robin for Kaido. They will use Robin for their needs – Kaido needs Robin alive; injured enough to prevent her escape but sane enough to help them.
Hence, Sanji must shout and Black Maria will use her subordinate to propagate the sound. Sanji simple replies that Robin is not to be underestimated.
The Beast Pirates:
Bao Huang is at the live stage. She announces that one of her spies, which is an eye-marked rat, has found the Scabbards. Apparently, they’re in a room inside the castle. This report reaches King and he orders their execution. We don’t get to see who King is fighting.
Black Maria volunteers for this, since her lair is close to that room. However, Huang adds that there are 10 people in the room. She can’t see who it is, since it is too dark.
Inside the room, there is another mysterious individual, trying to help the Samurai. We only see his or her silhouette and this person is about half of Kinemon’s height. He or She looks young and is tending to the wounds. The look on the face is not clear but it is hinted that they are sad or bitter to see the Scabbards in that shape!
Will there be a Break?
Yes. Following One Piece 1004, there will be a break next week.
This is the normal sort of break that Oda takes, after releasing 3 chapters. Oda says that a mangaka over 40 years of age should not be making a weekly series; hence his breaks are justified.
