One Piece Chapter 983 spoilers have been leaked and fans are rushing in to see what they can expect from this week’s chapter. As usual, a lot of impressive events are taking place, slowly taking us towards the main battle.
The power of another Flying Six has been revealed in One Piece 983. The Flying Six have become instant fan favorites. There were multiple twitter polls, comparing Ulti with Black Maria. Which of them do you prefer? Or are you one of the OG Robin fans?

One Piece Chapter 983 Spoilers:
The cover story shows Lola and Chiffon finally meeting their father, Pound.
There was some backlash amongst fans when Pound was shown to be alive. But it was a build up for this wholesome moment. The man was mistreated by Big Mom and her crew and desperately wanted to meet his daughters. His wish has finally come true.
Now there are questions, like how did he survive? We will address this issue in our upcoming One Piece 984 discussion article, so don’t forget to read it.
Perospero is travelling to Onigashima alone, using his Pero Pero fruit’s ability.
Perospero is the candy man and he is using his ability to reach Onigashima. He has been dissatisfied about the alliance with Kaido and probably wants to talk to Big Mom about it. Unlike Smoothie, he doesn’t want to simply accept it; after all, he is the eldest child and can potentially be the next captain!
The involvement of the Big Mom pirates in the war has been questionable. They got knocked out twice and now they are separated. Maybe only Perospero will manage to join.
Prometheus chases Nami and Zeus if afraid that he will be killed.
Nami is the person who stole Zeus from Big Mom; and Zeus betrayed Big Mom for food! So both Big Mom and Prometheus hold a grudge against the former two. Now Prometheus is after Nami, trying to punish her. If Big Mom joins herself, Nami will die. Zeus can’t help much either as his power is inconsequential to that of Big Mom. He fears, that if he gets caught, he will be executed.
Zoro and Kidd are fighting the Gifters in Kaido’s crew.
While Luffy is away in front of Page One and Ulti, Zoro is still busy fighting the Gifters. These Gifters want a spot in the Flying Six and they won’t stop coming. Kidd too is busy dealing with them. However, they are not much of a problem for these two, except maybe a decline in stamina.
Ulti versus Luffy
They have recognized each other as the enemy and now are clashing, headbutting each other. Ulti is shouting, like usual. She has a Zoan Devil Fruit – Dinosaur model, just like Page One – Pachycephalosaurus Dinosaur.
Yamato meets Luffy
Yamato interrupts Ulti as she faces Luffy. She falls back among the hoards of other Beast Pirate members. Yamato takes Luffy away from them all.
Yamato is Kaido’s son and whomever of the Flying Six manages to find him, will be granted the chance to face and acquire the position of an All-Star in Beast Pirates. He wears a Demon mask. He is has a slender figure, much unlike Kaido and has very long arms. He talks politely.
Yamato introduces himself, telling Luffy that he was waiting for him!!!
Now this is a very serious development. We are made to wonder whether he is an ally or a foe trying to trick Luffy. And why would Kaido’s son be Luffy’s ally? How does he know Luffy and why is he waiting for him? Does Kaido have any idea about all this? We will find out soon enough.
Momonosuke is tied to a cross.
Orochi is allowing no delay in Momo’s crucifixion. He has been haunted by ghosts of the past for a long time and wants to be rid of it. As we said earlier, Momo’s execution attempt will be the cue for the start of this war. If he is threatened, there is no question of assassinating Kaido – its an issue of protecting the true Shogun of Wano and crushing Orochi and Kaido.
