He asked the chieftain to join hands with him in order to kill the Decasus vampires. Jinhyuk wants full fledge war against the Decasus Vampires and he wants ice trolls to help them and also along with his company and others.
He asks the chief to think of this carefully as fighting the vampire may lead to a decline in more than half of his clan members. Chieftain replies with proud that warriors are meant to die in the battlefield but what about the villagers, they have no skills in war.
If they decide to betray the vampires and help the human but still gets defeated then maybe their entire clan may get annihilated.

Solo Max-Level Newbie Chapter 87 Recap
The chapter starts with Taemin and Yeonhwa using drones to locate the demonic humans that escaped from the previous battle. And Teresa and Cheon Yusung were given tasks outside the tower.
The Dangun Guild also retreat outside the tower except the guild leader, he wanted to follow Kang Jinhyuk till he completes the floor as he thing that the floor was originally theirs. They both were heading towards a freshwater lake as concentrated mana gathers there and Ice Trolls also settles there to recover.
They both enter the Ice Troll’s territory with leader holding a white flag which indicates that they were there to surrender. The Ice Trolls tribe has honor and keeps their family above all so they let them in without causing any ruckus.
Jinhyuk was having a chat with the tribe’s chief as they reached near him and the chief has already heard about Jinhyuk from his subordinates that he was strong.
But why that strong person will come here to surrender as soon as the chief asked this Jinhyuk throws the flag down telling that he didn’t want to fight with the minions and wanted to enter the tribe without any problem. Chief got furious hearing that as it was an act of dishonor and challenged Kang for a duel.
