Returning after so many years, Bleach became an instant hit. Bleach Thousand Year Blood War has been an absolute pleasure to watch. The final episodes were released together and in that 1-hour span, our hype for Bleach Thousand Year Blood War Part 2 skyrocketed.
This is not the end of the course. Yes, this is the final arc of Bleach but we still have so much content to go through. There is still so much left. Hell, Ichigo just managed to unlock his true power.
The path ahead is hard but with his unchecked power, maybe he can survive the storm.
This season is highly successful. Most watchers have given positive feedback about it. It holds a rating of 9.18 out of 10 on Myanimelist, essentially making it the highest-rated show on the website for now.

Bleach Thousand Year Blood War Part 2 Announcement:
Until Tuesday, we had no news about it. With the end of the first cour, they released the news of the second one. On December 27, 2022, it was announced that the next cour is going to be named Bleach Sennen Kessen hen: Ketsubetsu tan.
As you all know, the first portion, the one we just finished watching, was a product of Studio Pierrot. It was streamed all over the world. There was the raw version and it was followed by the sub and the dub releases. Bleach Thousand Year Blood War Part 2 will have the same we believe.
Along with the announcement, came a promotional video. It focused on some great voice lines that hypes us up for the next part. Of course, the brand new Zangetsu was shown, and the Quincy mark as well. Things are about to get really interesting.
Bleach Thousand Year Blood War Part 2 Release Date:
While the exact date is not known yet, we know that it is coming in July 2023. Basically, two seasons later, in the Summer of 2023 season, the anime will be broadcasted again. The creators do need this time to optimize the production of the episodes.
Studio Pierrot will continue to be the creators while TV Tokyo, Aniplex, Shueisha, Densetsu, and others continue to be the producers of the show. We believe the broadcasting rights will be the same as well.

Bleach Thousand Year Blood War Recap:
This new season was incredible. We started with a Quincy attack which demolished Soul Society and Hueco Mundo. Yhwach, the main antagonist managed to outsmart and overpower Captain Yamamoto, leading to his death.
Ichigo managed to come at the last moment but he was unable to save anyone. He got stomped and had his Zanpakuto shattered, leaving him directionless. He also found out that he has Quincy powers! He is Yhwach’s son born in the dark.
We then see the past – how Ichigo’s parents got together. Their identity was key to his development. We then saw him confront Zangetsu and find out the truth behind his abilities. Up ahead, Ichigo will rush in with his new Zanpakuto, free of all restraints.
Bleach Thousand Year Blood War Part 2 Spoilers:
In this section, we will be revealing a few manga spoilers. Read at your own risk. Although, we aren’t planning to reveal anything too dramatic:
- Yhwach gathers all his Sternritters and announces that Uryu Ishida will be his successor.
- The Quincies are shocked and outraged since they accepted Jugram as their next leader.
- Sternritters B and D openly pledge their loyalty to Jugram.
- Meanwhile, Yhwach bestows the symbol A on Uryu, indicating him as the successor.
