We have a one-week break ahead of us. The release of One Piece Chapter 1070 raw scans is scheduled on December 21, 2022. It will of course be in the newest issue of Weekly Shonen Jump manga. And the scans can also be found on the shonen jump plus website.

What is the CP0 doing?

What is Vegapunk saying?
Vegapunk meets up with the rest of the strawhats. He is curious about Luffy’s new form. According to him, in the great encyclopedia of Devil Fruits, there is no mention of a Rubber fruit. He instead points out the similarity to Sun God Nika.
Vegapunk elaborates on Devil Fruits born out of human imaginations. Everything that is happening, is all due to desire.
Due to the unnatural nature of the fruits, nature is dissatisfied with them, and hence, the sea is alien to them. We hope to tap into his knowledge more in One Piece Manga 1070 spoilers.
What are the Seraphims doing?
Seraphims are the latest pacifista models and we know that they are incredibly strong. Hence, taking control of these cyborgs is of great importance. Apparently, the current chain of command is Gorosei over Vegapunk over Sentoumaru over Authority Chip holder.
As of now, Sentoumaru is in charge of the Mihawk, Boa, and Jinbe models. He does not want to be a traitor but his allegiance lies with Vegapunk first, since the scientist saved his life.
He decides to turn traitor and attacks the CP0 agents. Even Seraphim Kuma is under his control now. He orders them to help the Strawhats.

What is Lucci going to do?
Lucci has acted on his own but it won’t cost him much. In fact, with the arrival of Kizaru, he will be at an advantage. In One Piece 1070, Lucci will have to endure the wrath of Gear 5 Luffy.
That is somewhat weird since Gear 5 Luffy is happy and free. It will be an exciting fight to witness.
One Piece 1070 Manga Spoilers
The spoilers of the latest chapter are finally here and we have Luffy vs Lucci this week also. Luffy is fighting in his Gear 5 form while Lucci is in his awakened state as well.
But no matter how much Lucci tries, he is not able to land a punch on Luffy. Later in the chapter, we see Vegapunk describe how he made the artificial devil fruits and how fed them to the seraphims.
Some fruit abilities are easy to duplicate while some are very hard to recreate and Logia is the toughest to recreate.

- Lucci is not able to land a single hit on Luffy. This goes to show how strong a Yonkou is even against an awakened zoan.
- Luffy hits Lucci with an attack called “Gomu Gomu no dawn”, in English it means Rocket.

- He explains the difficulty of recreating devil fruits.
- Zoans are very easy to create as they are based on animals, but mythica zoans need special conditions.
