Nacht has revealed his newest Devil name – Slotos. Just like Devil Union Mode: Canis, Nacht is using Devil Union Mode: Equus. And additionally, he is using the Toughness characteristic, hinting that there are more.

Why couldn’t Jack beat Dante initially?
Jack’s ability is slashing. He is a classic cutter, owing to his blade magic. Unfortunately, cuts are not enough when your opponent has super regeneration. Jack admitted that his regeneration has been amped up owing to Morris’ scientific enhancements. He says that only Anti-Magic can cut him.

Nacht is using super-tough armor to counter the gravity. Surprisingly, he is capable enough to parry and counter Dante. Even in the high gravity state, Nacht can hold his ground. Unfortunately, he lacks the power to properly hurt Dante. He can be described as the shield in this battle.
However, he can continue his tongue lashing and keep pushing Jack forward. Doing so will give them an edge in this battle. However, Nacht did underestimate Jack. He can form a great duo with the captain in Black Clover Manga 279.
How did Jack injure Dante?
Jack is a climber – he possesses an urge to cut down stronger opponents and he simply used it to go against Dante. Captain Jack created blades in his own body to slash through the gravity restricting him.
